-2027- SEASON RATES: April 1st - October 1st

All rates are based on a family of 2 adults and 2 dependent children/grandchildren under the age of 18 years old. 
No site payment refunds will be made after January 1, 2027

Season Site
Water and Sewer Hook-Up Site:  $6750.00

Additional Fees
Electric: All seasonal sites are METERED for electric and will be billed by Sea Grove Camping Resort twice during the season (August and November).
Cable Television and Wifi:  Contracted by Xfinity and billed by Xfinity for your own customized plan.

Optional Fees
Winter Site Fee: $175.00
Winterizing: $95.00+tax
Winterizing Extras (Outdoor Kitchens, Showers, Ice Makers, Bathrooms, etc): $5.00-$15.00+tax each
Second Car On Site: $50.00
Extra Adult: $150.00
Extra Child (dependent under 18): $50.00
Golf Cart Winter Storage: $100.00

Off Season Rates
October 1 - November 1
$40.00 Overnight or $70.00 Weekend (2 nights) or for 2 consecutive nights during the week or stay for the entire month

Guest Fees
Adult: $8.00 Daily - $10.00 Overnight
Child: $5.00 Daily - $8.00 Overnight
All guests must register in the campground office and will be charged upon their arrival, unless arrangements are made prior to their stay. If guests stay less than one hour, we will refund the guest fee upon their departure. All daily guests must leave the campground by 8:00 pm or an overnight fee will be charged. No guests permitted after the office is closed, unless arrangements are made prior to their visit.  Any persons not listed on your seasonal site contract are considered guests.

Payment Schedule
Payment Due September 1, 2026: $500.00
Payment Due November 1, 2026: $1000.00
Payment Due February 1, 2027:  $1500.00
Balance Due April 1, 2027: Balance Due

If the above payment schedule is not maintained, there will be a $35.00 late fee per month. All balances are due by April 1, 2027. All balances must be paid in full before the use of your campsite. Season site fees must be paid in full regardless if you occupy the trailer during the season. No exceptions!

Discount Offer
If your balance for the "2027 Season" is paid in full by October 1, 2026, you will receive a $250.00 discount -- OR -- receive the month of October "2027" for FREE.

We do not accept any new seasonal travel trailers, 5th Wheel trailers or Motorhomes older than 10 years old and must have an RVIA Seal.  Park Model trailers are permitted in the campground only if purchased from Sea Grove Trailer Sales.  Renting, subleasing or subletting your trailer is prohibited.  

All park models, travel trailers and 5th wheels sold on site must be inspected, approved and sold through Sea Grove with a signed sales contract.  Any trailer not sold through Sea Grove must leave the premises immediately at the owner's expense.  Motorhomes may not be sold on site.  Park models must have vinyl siding and a shingle roof to sell on site.  Units approved for sale by Sea Grove must be in good overall condition and free of significant damage, deterioration, water intrusion or deferred maintenance.  Sea Grove receives a 10% commission or $1000 (whichever is greater) of the agreed settlement price of the trailer.  Seller must provide proof of ownership with a copy of the title in the seller's name for resell.
