Trailer Rentals feature a Smart TV for your streaming needs and Unlimited Wifi
All of the trailer rentals are park model trailers which are 12'x36' or 11'x38' in size. Trailers consist of a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and a sink, air conditioning, heat, Smart TV, kitchen is complete with oven, stove, microwave and a house size refrigerator with freezer. All of your dishes, cups, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster are included. The master bedroom consists of a queen bed. Second bedroom consists of a full bed or single bunk beds. The sofa bed in the living room pulls out to a full bed as well. Outside includes a charcoal grill, picnic table, fire ring and a separate screen room with privacy curtains. Sea Isle City beach tags are also included with the trailer (replacement fee of $30 for each beach tag if not returned). You will want to bring your own bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels and toiletries. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. No pets permitted and no smoking!

At the time of your arrival, we require a $200 cleaning and security deposit for the trailer. This deposit will be refunded after the trailer has been inspected before your departure. All trailers must be left clean and in great condition. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. No checks accepted for the security deposit.
ADDITIONAL ADULT: $10 PER NIGHT | ADDITIONAL CHILD (under 18): $8 PER NIGHT
A 50% deposit is required for all trailer rental reservations. - All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old. Maximum capacity per trailer is 6 persons. - No Pets - - No Smoking -
OFF SEASON - 2 night minimum April 1 - May 21 | May 27 - June 12 | September 2 - November 1 | (Memorial Day Weekend = In Season Rates / 3 Night Minimum) Daily: $150 + Tax Weekly: $900 + Tax
IN SEASON - 3 night minimum June 13 - September 1 Daily: $250 + Tax Weekly: $1500 + Tax
Cancellation No refund will be made unless there is a thirty (30) day notice prior to your reservation. There is a $20 handling charge on each cancellation.
Memorial Day/Labor Day Weekends reservations accepted for a minimum of 3 nights ($250+tax per night).
Cleaning and Security Deposit $200 deposit is required at the time of check in. The security deposit will be refunded to you at the time of you departure. All trailers must be left clean and in good condition or deposit is not refunded. Cash or credit card accepted for security deposit.
Wifi each trailer has it's own wifi service.
Wifi Hotspots are located at the camp store, swimming pool, recreation building and outside the camp store. |
