Rules & Regulations

Speed Limit
5 miles per hour and is strictly enforced for our children's safety.

Sites
Based on a family of 2 adults and 2 dependent children under 18 years old. Maximum capacity is 6 persons per campsite.

Camping Unit
Only one camping unit and one vehicle is to be parked on the campsite. All other vehicles are to be parked in the visitor parking areas throughout the campground.

Gate Cards
Are only to be used by registered campers only. They are not transferable. A security deposit of $10 is required on each gate card.

Guests
Must register in the office before entering the campground. There is a daily/overnight fee for all guests. No guests permitted after the office is closed. All guests vehicles are to be parked in the visitor parking areas. All campers are responsible for their guests. Management reserves the right to prohibit entry and/or the number of guests.

Alcoholic Beverages
Prohibited in public places.

Marijuana/Cannabis is now legal in the state of NJ.  Sea Grove is a family camping resort and is privately owned and operated.  Smoking or vaping marijuana/cannabis outdoors or on your campsite is NOT PERMITTED at any time!

Quiet Hours - 11 pm to 8 am
Curfew for children under 18 years old is 11:00pm. All children must be at their own campsite at this time. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

Garbage
Place all household garbage in the dumpster at the Garbage and Recycling Center.

Recycling
Is a New Jersey State Law! Place all recyclables in the proper bins at the Garbage and Recycling Center. Fines issued for not recycling.

Bath House
Children must be supervised in the rest room and shower areas at all times. Washing of dishes in the bath house is prohibited. Please help in keeping your bath house clean!

Campfires
Must be within the fire ring provided on site. Never leave a camp fire unattended at any time. All fires must be extinguished by 11:00pm.

Pets
Must be kept on a leash and picked up after at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Pets are not permitted in campground buildings, trailer rentals and cabin rentals.

Trees
Nailing or cutting of trees, shrubs and/or landscaping is forbidden.

Waste Water
Any kind must be connected to a sewer or caught in a container. All sewer hookups are required by law to have a sewer gasket. If you do not have a sewer gasket, our maintenance staff will install one for you at an additional cost. Lack of a gasket causes sewer problems to your own site as well as your neighbors campsites.

Boats
Are not permitted on site at any time. A boat storage area is provided during the summer season at an additional cost. No empty boat trailers permitted.

Motorized Bikes
Are not permitted in the campground at any time.

Bicycles
Children under 14 years old must wear a helmet when riding a bike per NJ State Law!  Bike lights are required when riding a bike at night.

Playground
Equipment is used at your own risk. Children must have adult supervision at all times.

Swimming Pool
Rules are provided for your convenience and safety. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult before entering the pool area. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area at any time.

Golf Carts
Are only to be driven by persons with a valid motor vehicle drivers license and valid insurance. Persons driving golf carts must abide by the speed limit and one way street signs throughout the campground. Golf carts require working lights when driving at night. 

Cancellation Policy - Campsites is a 7 day prior notice.  Cabin Rentals is a 14 day prior notice. Trailer Rentals is a 30 day prior notice.  There is a $15 handling charge on all cancellations.

Reservation Changes - There is a $15 charge for each reservation date change.

Management
Sea Grove will not responsible or give any credit and/or refunds for acts of God, acts beyond our control, nature, weather, sickness, health emergencies, public emergencies, state of emergencies, government mandates, accidents and/or injury to any person, personal property or the loss of valuables of any kind. All campground facilities are used at your own risk. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without a refund for failure to abide by the above rules and regulations, and for detrimental conduct in the campground. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. This property is privately owned and operated.
